1. Entry fees Must be paid online at time of entry with Mitournament.

3. The Golf Committee of Club Tocumwal shall have entire management the Easter Tournament including handicapping (reductions only) with the power to alter any handicap at any time prior to any event.
4. All competitions shall be played in accordance with the rules of golf, as adopted by the Royal & Ancient Golf Club at St Andrews, subject to the modification herein mentioned, together with the local rules of Club Tocumwal.
5. All events are open to amateur's only who are members of a registered golf club. The committee shall have the right to refuse
the entry of any person without being required to give any reason for such
refusal.
6. Competitors must state the name of their home club, Golflink number and their email.
7.The committee of Club Tocumwal is subject to Condition 3 shall have the power to deal with any dispute or protest, which must be lodged in writing to the Director of Golf within 20 minutes on the day on which the matter has arisen.
8.The Club Tocumwal Golf Committee may, in the event of bad weather or any other reason, either shorten any event or cancel the days play (and in the case of ties), ties shall be decided by the countback system recommended by Golf Australia.
9. Golflink number must be produced on request or competitor will be ineligible for a trophy.
10. Any refunds requested will incur a $5.00 administration fee.
11. No refunds are eligible after entries close, on Monday March 25th, 2024, at 5pm.
12. No player may collect more
than one trophy on any one day.
13.Competition grades will be decided on the day according to field entries.
14. Tournament Draw made STRICTLY in order of entries received.
15. Play- offs to be conducted only for scratch
events only. Count Back process will decide all other events.
