• Registration will open at 7:15am for an 8:30am Shotgun Start
• Entry Fee: $75.00 per person (Includes all prizes and post-game food following golf)
• The Grades are ascertained by GA Handicaps as follows:
• A Grade 10 or less Stroke
• B Grade 10.1 to 17 Stableford
• C Grade 17.1 and above Stableford
Max GA of 27.0
• The event is open to Male Amateurs aged 55 years and over, affiliated with a Private Members Club with Golf Australia and with an official Golf Australia handicap. The draw will be seeded in grades. The field will be limited to 90 players. Entries from social and public course clubs will not be accepted. (No playing partner requests will be taken)
• Entries close at 5:00pm on Wednesday, 16 July 2025. However, late entries may be accepted at the sole discretion of the Cottesloe Golf Club.
• All competitors must register at the golf shop at least 40 minutes before the scheduled shotgun start tee time.
• The competition shall be played in accordance with the Rules of Golf and the Local Rules of Cottesloe Golf Club (Inc).
• Match Committee reserves the right to restrict the number of entries or refuse any entry. Match Committee shall have sole control of the event and the power to alter or vary the conditions. Any decision by Match Committee will be final.
• In the event of a tie, results will be decided on the countback procedure as used by CGC Match Committee. In the event of entries exceeding 100, entries from those higher handicap competitors will be decided by ballot. Unsuccessful entrants will be given the opportunity to compete if withdrawals subsequently occur. Entrance fees will be refunded to entrants balloted out who do not compete.
• Entrance fees will only be refunded if a withdrawal is received prior to the draw being published, and will only be processed following the event.
• MOTORISED CARTS
It is a condition of this event that players are not permitted to ride in or on any form of motorised transportation during a stipulated round unless authorised by the Committee. Exception: A player listed on the Golf WA Motorised Cart – Authorisation List published on the Golf WA website and Cottesloe GC Members with Club authorisation.
