REGISTRATION FROM: 7:00am (Players must report to the Golf Shop at least 15 minutes prior to play)
SHOTGUN START: 8:30am
ENTRANCE FEE: Entrance fee ($60) is payable at the time of registration. Payments will not be accepted on the day of the competition. No refunds will be given after the draw is published.
TROPHIES: Trophies include grade winners, place getters and novelties

CONDITIONS OF COMPETITION

1. Eligibility
A senior golfer is a playing member of a Club who has reached the age of 55 years for men and 50 years for women on the day of the competition. Players must have an Australian GA Handicap and be a financial member of a Metropolitan or Country Golf Club affiliated with GolfWA and have a minimum of 5 days playing rights.

2. Format
Tee off from blue tees (men) and red tees (women). A maximum field of 104 players applies with caps of 52 men and 52 women should the field reach capacity. A ballot based on handicap will be conducted if required.

3. Rules of Play
3.1. The Rules of Golf, as adopted by the Royal and Ancient Rules Limited, will apply together with the Local Rules of The Western Australian Golf Club. The Committee reserves the right to change any conditions should circumstances so require.
3.2. Players whose GA handicaps increase/decrease beyond the limit after the closing date for the competition will be required to play in the appropriate event for their handicap on the day of the competition.
3.3. All ties to be decided by the Australian Countback System.
3.4. The entrance fee must accompany all entries. The entry fee cannot be transferred to another player.
3.5. Withdrawal from competition involves forfeiture of entry fee once the draw has been published.
3.6. The Committee reserves the right to ballot out players in the event of a capacity field.
3.7. No player may win more than one trophy (excluding novelties).
3.8. Motorised carts may be used only on presentation of a medical certificate. Please book through the Golf Shop (9349 1988).

4. Entry Method
All entries are to be made through the MiTournament website. Entries close at 5pm on Monday 18 August. Late entries will only be accepted if there is room in the field. The draw will be made available to entrants and published on the GolfWA website on Tuesday 19 August.

6. WAGC Regulations
Players are required to comply with the dress standards set by The Western Australian Golf Club on the course and in the Clubhouse, please visit our website for further information. Golf attire is permitted in the Clubhouse for presentations; however, a change of shoes is required.         

Prizes included grade winner and place getters plus novelties. 

A change of shoes is required.  Players may remain in their golf attire.  Changerooms and shower facilities are also available.
